These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of imaginesoft.pk and to services provided by ImagineSoft, Islamabad, Pakistan. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or agreement take priority over these general terms.
1. Our services
We provide website development, SEO, social media marketing and paid advertising (including Meta and Google Ads) services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in your proposal.
2. No guaranteed results
We work hard to grow your leads and sales, but search rankings, ad performance and sales depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and your offer. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in your proposal. Monthly services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise. Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platforms by you, or reimbursed to us, and is separate from our management fee. Late payments may pause work.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and timely approvals.
- Make sure the content, products and claims you ask us to publish or advertise are lawful and comply with platform policies (for example Google Ads and Meta Advertising Standards).
- Keep your own login details secure.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website, its content and your domain. Ad accounts, analytics and Business Manager / Google accounts are set up in your name and you remain the owner. We keep the right to show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Cancellation
Monthly services are month-to-month unless your proposal says otherwise. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
7. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content and designs for commercial use without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ImagineSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or ad account restrictions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
