You can ask ImagineSoft to delete the personal information we hold about you — including details collected through our website forms, Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms, WhatsApp chats or any app or login connected to our services.
How to request deletion
- Email info@imaginesoft.pk with the subject “Data deletion request”, or send a WhatsApp message to +92 335 0012343.
- Include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
What happens next
We will confirm your request within 7 days and delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records by law (for example invoices). We will also stop using your details for advertising audiences, such as customer lists uploaded to Google or Meta.
Data held by Facebook, Instagram or Google
Data stored by the platforms themselves is controlled by them. You can manage or delete it in your Facebook settings (Your information → Apps and websites to remove an app’s access) and your Google Account data & privacy settings.
